What We Ship?
MERV 13 Filters Built Around Your Application
From finished pleated filters to filter media rolls and commercial pocket filters, we supply MERV 13 solutions for distributors, filter fabricators, HVAC suppliers, and OEM customers.Choose the product format you need. Then customize the media, frame, dimensions, and configuration around your application.

01 — MERV 13 PLEATED PANEL FILTERS
A customizable finished filter for standard and higher-efficiency HVAC applications.
Choose from cardboard, aluminum, galvanized steel, stainless steel, or skeleton frames, with aluminum depths available in 46, 69, and 90 mm.
Dimensions, media, and frame construction can be customized in inch or metric sizes, including production to your drawing.
For higher-airflow systems, a wire-backed version is available in G3–F7 grades, using a steel grid thermally laminated to the media for additional pleat support under static pressure, with a rated 400 Pa final resistance.
Deep pleating increases the available media surface area compared with flat media, helping support lower initial resistance and longer service intervals.
Best for: Distributors · HVAC suppliers · OEM/private-label programs
Custom options: Frame · Depth · Media · Size · Wire backing · Private label
02 — MERV 13 FILTER MEDIA ROLLS
MERV 13-equivalent media for converters and filter fabricators.

Rolls are available up to 2.3 m wide, with custom slit widths and pre-cut pocket configurations to fit your fabrication process and help reduce material waste.
The media uses binder-free thermal bonding at 195–220°C. Grammage can be adjusted from 100–650+ g/m², with thickness configured around your target pressure drop and efficiency requirements.
The specification is controlled batch to batch for more consistent downstream production.
Best for:Filter converters · Fabricators · Filter manufacturers · OEM production
Custom options:Grade · Width · Slit size · Grammage · Thickness · Pocket configuration

03 — MERV 13 POCKET / BAG FILTERS
Extended-surface filtration for AHUs and commercial ventilation systems.
Our pocket / bag filters are available in F7 class, with 85% efficiency and an ePM1 ≈ MERV 13 equivalent, using aluminum or galvanized steel frames.
Choose from 5–8 pocket configurations according to airflow and installation requirements.
The media is scrim-reinforced to help maintain bag shape under static pressure, while the extended-surface design supports high airflow with low pressure drop.
The polyester media is washable and reusable across multiple service cycles, providing an option for applications where service life and total cost of ownership matter.
Best for:AHUs · Commercial ventilation · HVAC contractors · Facility applications

FACTORY ADVANTAGE
ONE MEDIA LINE. ONE POINT OF ACCOUNTABILITY.
When your filter supplier also controls the media production, specification changes, quality control, and finished-filter assembly stay within one production system.
That means fewer handoffs between suppliers — and a more direct path from specification to finished product.
| Our Integrated Production | Trading / Outsourced Supply | |
|---|---|---|
| Media | Media produced in-house and controlled within the same production system | Media may be sourced from third-party mills |
| Pricing | Factory-direct / mill-based pricing | Additional supplier or trading-company markup may apply |
| Specification Changes | Direct communication with the production team | Changes may require coordination between multiple parties |
| Quality Control | Media production and finished-filter assembly are controlled within the same system | Media production may be outside the finished-filter supplier’s direct control |
| Custom Media | Custom requirements such as grammage, width, and configuration can be discussed directly with production | Customization may depend on the upstream media supplier |
| Lead Time | 7–15 working days for standard/custom specifications; FCL dispatch as fast as 7 working days for standard specs | Lead time may include additional coordination and handling |
WHY THE SUPPLY CHAIN MATTERS
A filter is only as consistent as the supply chain behind it.
When media production → filter conversion → testing → packaging are connected within one production system, your purchasing team has a clearer point of contact when specifications change or a new requirement comes up.
From media specification to finished MERV 13 filters, you work with one production system instead of coordinating multiple suppliers.
FAQ — MERV 13 BUYING QUESTIONS, ANSWERED.
Q1:SHOULD I CHOOSE MERV 13 OR MERV 11?
A: Both can be suitable depending on the application and market.
MERV 11 can be considered for more price-sensitive applications and existing systems designed around lower filtration levels.
MERV 13 is suited to applications where customers are looking for higher filtration performance, including smoke, allergy, IAQ, or specification-driven requirements.
If you are building a product range, we can discuss the appropriate filtration level for your target market and application.
