MOQ & Lead Time

Flexible MOQ & Scalable Production Lead Times

Supported by three major production bases, we offer rapid 7-15 day turnaround times

and flexible order volumes to ensure a stable supply chain for your urgent industrial and commercial projects.

Welcome to our MOQ & Lead Time FAQ section for air filtration products.

Thanks to our automated production lines, standard full container loads (FCL) are ready for dispatch within 7 working days. We ensure rapid fulfillment for global demand.

We maintain a monthly capacity of 30,000 to 40,000 units. This scalable infrastructure handles both routine supply and massive infrastructure projects without delays.

We offer flexible MOQs for standard specifications. However, ordering in full rolls (e.g., 2x20M) is recommended to maximize shipping efficiency and lower unit costs.

As a direct source factory, we maintain large raw material reserves. This inventory ensures stable lead times and consistent pricing even during high market demand.

Yes. For critical facility maintenance or emergency failures, we activate Express Production to manufacture and ship your filters in the shortest possible time.

Standard technical samples are dispatched within 24–48 hours, while custom-calibrated media typically requires 3–5 working days for precise R&D alignment.

We welcome long-term partnerships. We can establish a dedicated safety stock for your frequently ordered models, ensuring “zero-day” lead times for recurring needs.

To ensure cost-efficiency, the recommended MOQ for custom printing is 1,000 square meters. This allows us to provide branding at no additional plate-making cost.

Our lead time refers to production-ready status. However, our logistics team coordinates immediate booking with top carriers to minimize total door-to-door transit time.

We utilize an ERP production management system that provides real-time tracking, ensuring every milestone from raw material intake to final loading is met on time.

A: For standard-size air filters (such as standard HEPA filters, panel pre-filters, and pocket/bag filters), our standard MOQ is typically 10 to 50 pieces, depending on the filter frame and efficiency class.

  • Standard Sizes: Because we maintain pre-cut filter media and stock frames, we offer lower MOQs to accommodate small trial orders or flexible inventory management.

  • Custom/OEM Orders: If you require custom dimensions, special frame materials (e.g., stainless steel, galvanized iron), or specialized media (e.g., high-temperature or moisture-resistant), the MOQ generally ranges from 50 to 100 pieces to optimize manufacturing setup costs.

A: Yes, absolutely. We encourage sample testing to verify filtration efficiency, airflow resistance, and dimensional fit before committing to mass production.

  • Free Samples: For standard pre-filters or conventional panel filters, we can provide free samples; you only cover the shipping/courier cost.

  • Customized/HEPA Samples: For high-efficiency HEPA/ULPA filters or custom-built specifications, a nominal sample fee applies. This fee will be 100% refunded once your subsequent bulk production order meets our baseline quantity.

  • Sample Lead Time: Standard sample orders ship within 3 to 5 business days. Custom samples usually take 7 to 10 business days.

A: Our standard manufacturing lead time ranges from 7 to 15 business days. However, total fulfillment time depends on the following key factors:

  1. Order Volume & Specifications: Small-to-medium orders of standard sizes (100–500 units) are scheduled quickly. Large-volume orders or multi-spec custom requests require additional setup and assembly time.

  2. Raw Material Availability: Common synthetic media and fiberglass rolls are always in stock. Specialized filter media (e.g., PTFE membranes, activated carbon, or antibacterial coatings) may add 5 to 7 days if raw stock needs replenishment.

  3. Quality Control & Leak Testing: High-grade HEPA and ULPA filters undergo individual leak detection tests (such as DOP/MPPS testing) and quality inspections prior to packaging. Rigorous QC ensures 100% pass rates but adds necessary processing time.

  4. Packaging & Shipping Method: Export-grade packaging (palletizing, reinforced wooden crates) and your chosen freight method (Air Freight vs. Sea Freight) will directly impact the final doorstep delivery date.
